Everything I've read (and I've read a lot of different litterature on this) would say: NONE. I'll paste a part of an article on why that would be. It can even be dangerous giving water to babies. Of course tiny amounts if for some reason you think she needs it but she's not hungry wont be harmful, but bottled water with nothing added to it like sugar or syrups. Know that giving water to babies younger than 6 mths has actually led to deaths. I dont know how much would have to be given for your child to have such a serious reaction to it, but their bodies are very fragile when they are so small.
The UK Department of Health recommends that parents give baby nothing but milk for the first 6 months, but advises that water may be given with solids once baby reaches 6 months of age.
Why is giving water to baby harmful before 6 months?
A baby may "fill up" on water, resulting in him taking less breastmilk or formula. This then deprives him of the nutrients essential for healthy growth and development.
Too much water can stop your young baby's body from absorbing the nutrients it needs from milk. It can also lead to an imbalance of electrolytes.

There is no set amount of water you should give your baby. I always gave my kids alittle water when ever they started to get fussy inbetween feedings. It still amazes me how people will say not to feed a baby anything but formula for the first 6 months. I started feeding my oldest son rice cereal at 1 month and then started the veggies at 2 and fruits at 3 and the solid meats at 4 and they were off formula at 5 months and was off the bottle at 9 months the next one since he was never satisfied with the formula at one week of age I had to start giving him rice cereal since he was wanting to finish off 8 ozs of formula every 2 or 3 hours along with a few ozs. of water. at 2 weeks we added alittle veggies and at 3 fruits to the cereal. Both boys grew up strong and healthy and never have been sick and both are over 6 feet and neither are fat. I couldnt imagine not giving them any thing but formula until 6 months. Each baby is different and all it takes is some common sence. If she seems thirsty inbetween feedings give her alittle water. It isnt going to hurt her because more than likely she will only drink a few sips anyway. Babies who get water logged are babies that normally dont get fed regularly and are straving to begin with and being so hungry will suck down anything they can get and if it is water they are givin naturally they will get water logged and water has none of the nutrients that a baby needs to grow so they just get a full belly of nothing.

Water should only be given when the baby starts solids (World Health Organisation says to exclusively breastfeed until 6months old) and only a few ounces so they learn to use a sipper cup.
EXCEPT WHEN IT IS HOT. Then babies can have water to satisfy them as long as it doesn't replace their milk feeds (eg keep feeding the same amount each day as before)

I would let her drink as much as she will but I would at the least give her one bottle a day I gave my kids 1 bottle a day of water since the day they came home from the hospital sounds weird but i know formula can't taste that good so I gave them a few onces after a feeding during the day and as they got older i would give it too them whenever i fed them food instead of formula

Your Daughter right now gets most of her water and liquids from either your breast milk or formula.
If your baby seems thirsty, then you can give her water. Just dont overdo it. A 5oz bottle here or there would be suitable for her. (You dont want her to fill belly with water, she wont want to eat).
If your concerned more about this i would suggest you see your pediatrition.
