Usually there is a "w/ Hispanic decent" option or something to that effect if you do not feel honest about claiming full Hispanic ethnicity.

It probably doesn't matter if you check it or not because you're already guaranteed to get in. We all know that the grad. school you're applying to is a shoe-in. they accept everyone. But just make sure to check the: I' want to mow your lawn for a living' box.
