my sisters husband walked out on her 6 wks ago now she has a fear that he may want to come and take the children but is covering up by telling his parents he wants to see the children and we havent heard or seen him since he has 2 children (4 & 2) now being from Lebanon there is a law there that says a father can give all rights to his children meaning he no longer can take them does anyone know if there is anything like that here?

Bet he has plane ticket and car to take him to the airport and will disappear with the children to his home country seen it many times over don't let the children out of her sight and make the visits supervised look at the missing parental kidnapped site mostly to Lebanon Turkey Jordan u failed to mention where ur sister is in US or Lebanon?????never heard of this law BS BS BS just a rouse

i know that a parent can sign their rights over, meaning they are no longer considered the parent at all and they have no rights. my sister is going through the same thing and her sons father is signing his rights over cuz he's a deadbeat dad

Well she could file a complaint there thru US courts, but its going to cost her.
