Ready to rate product?

I wish to develop a website to rate anything. Conditions and points could be defined by the person rating the product / services.

Sounds like a great idea, like Consumer Reports. You could have it so people could make short comments and also have various categories, like cars, consumer electronics, games, whatever. Really good idea.
