I'm now a non smoker although every now and then when I'm really stressed out I will have a smoke. Most of my friends are now giving up which is good but I know a few of my friends will never give up. My main reason for giving up is that my other half doesn't smoke and when he finally comes over I want to be totally smoke free. The other reason is that when my father died years ago besides of other conditions that caused him to die he also had emphysema. Not a good thing to have.

Smoker, I come from a family of smokers, the only one in my family that doesn't smoke are my two kids and my mother.

I am a non smoker but suffer from other peoples cigarettes smoke
I whent to the doctors to see if he could help. I said I am suffering as a passive smoker what should I do. he said here are some second hand nicotine patches.
