I'm booking tickets to see a show at the Vaudeville Theatre, but was hoping someone could tell me which were the best seats to get: stalls, dress circle, or upper circle ??

Thanks

Personally I prefer the stalls my parents like the dress circle the upper circle in our local theatre is very high with steep steps and you are a long way from the stage

The stalls-they're certainly nearer the stage. The Upper Circle I think are further away than the Dress Circle. Not quite sure where the Balcony is-possibly another word for Box.

Personally I prefer the front of the dress circle. If you sit in the stalls particularly at the front you can sometimes miss suttle bits of action happening at the back of the stage. With the dress circle you see the whole of the stage.

stalls are best, front row. upper circle, not too bad. dress circle, too steep and a long way up.

have watched phantom of the opera, we were in dress circle, we had a nice view of the chandelier. have enjoyed using my telescope. that was the only advantage (for me anyway).
