By making our life and actions as an offering to every thing, living or otherwise around us.. This attitude of offering comes out of a deep understanding of inter-dependence of our being with everything around us !

I've done alot of volunteer work at my church and I'm planning on volunteering at a children's hospital. Just do something that has an affect on others and your life will feel richer. Don't do it just for yourself though. Do it to help others because that's what God would want. I always get so sickened by the fact that celebrities have millions, hell oprah's worth like billions of dollars and there are people in other countries sleeping in dirt covered in bugs. I don't understand how people who have so much can sit back and do nothing when I have so little and want to help everyone who needs it.

ehh, when you say is it worth living....
well, in this world, in this life, this is all we have. We dont know if there is an end, because we dont know if there was a beginning.
So is it worth living? Yes.... because you will never find out if theres more. So just say F it, and live it to the best you can. Do what you believe is good, feel good about it, and try to inspire others to do good also. Life is a very complicated thing, all we can do is pass what we call "time" and hope for a better afterlife.

I personally think life is what you make it, if that routine is ok with you then ok but i think that you should make the best out of each day and smile. Smiling always puts you in a better mood no matter how down you are. I also try to meet as many new people in a day as i can. No matter who you meet be friendly to them take pride in who you are and treat others with great respect because you never know how you being just nice or friendly to someone could change their lives

The difference between illusion and reality is willpower. Trust me. I've been waiting at reality for a man stuck in illusion. But now, I have realized that he doesn't have the willpower to make things happen, and I'm a'movin on!

Basically, you say in the morning, "Today is going to be a wonderful day!" and then you believe it and anticipate (not expect) it. Anticipate means to plan for it. Expect requires no action.

Sex can be as arousing as you make it. But you can't expect it to "just happen" that way.

Love can be a fairy tale. Yes, it is possible.

I'm telling you, it's about the little things. Yes, you still have to drive to work. But you can make it enjoyable somehow. I guess it all relates back to Mary Poppin's idea that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.

Yes, our life makes difference. It is said that charity begins at home". Likewise your worth is firstly felt in your family, then comes relatives, then friends and neighbors, workplace, If you become successful enough your worth may go beyond this usual circle and may as well be felt in the society, your state, country and eventually the world.

But remember all this begins from a simple step, be honest to yourself and whatever you do, in this process you'll make your life worth living. And one more thing, the great people don't do any different things, they just do the things differently.

Yes , I make a difference in peoples life everyday, But does it make it worth living ?? Sometimes it does and sometimes it is the same old routine, depends on the reaction or interaction you get from others. It is up to the person to decide their goals or lack of goals.

I asked myself the same questions. I started lookig for answers and began to find some in Eastern Philosophy. Not religions per se, but seem to have insights on living more "in the moment" and getting more out of everyday experiences while seeing a bigger picture in all this.

Life is what you make it and if you want to make a difference you should do something about it. My life is worth living just for the simple pleasures and the joy of watching my daughter grow up.

Some people live mindlessly, but then there are those who live consciously and they are the people who touch history.

Using American examples...
Oprah
Washington
Lincoln
Hancock
JFK
Orwell
Poe
King
those who helped out with Hurrican Katrina victims

I believe it is possible to effect the lives of others for the positive and that is a life worth living.
