it seems to me that communism was taking everything off everyone and giving it to the state, which meant in practice giving it to the top person - ie communism is the artificial, most extreme injustice - it failed because it was injustice, it was theft, the biggest theft possible

capitalism, as it is at present, permits theft, ie a few [and fewer and fewer] do less and less work per dollar got, and more and more people do more and more work per dollar got - ie present capitalism tends towards the same state as communism: the most extreme injustice

1% get 90% of world income - ie 10% away from getting 100% of world income - pay is up to a million times world average hourly pay - it takes only 8000 people getting overpaid up to a million times, to take all the earnings of everyone on earth

capitalism is 10% away from that

capitalism + justice is polardifferent from both communism and present capitalism - which are unjust, sadist-terrorist, dangerous, violent, warmongering, yes?

It's the justice that makes the biggest difference, isn't it?

A communistic society could function well if those charged with distribution of goods did it justly.

A capitalistic society could function well if those charged with the distribution of goods did it justly.

Shucks, a monarchy could function well if goods were distributed justly.

Without justice, society falls apart.

That's one reason the Bible says, "He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God (Micah 6:8 NIV)."

You base your premise on capitalism being evil. If you assume that people are good and will do the right thing most of the time, you will be called naive but you will have better results.

In a capitalist system the market rules, when you have a bad player the market punishes that player. To have intervention, as you say capitalism with justice, you are saying that we have to have people to judge right from wrong, and I think you will agree that we have just complicated a very workable system by adding another layer of judgement above and beyond the market, and who is to say the judgers are right or wrong in their judgements.

Never forget that power corrupts, and in the case of the judgers, our government, power corrupts absolutely.

In America today we have a problem in that we have a laziness or stupidity to do what is right, morally right. Liberalism has dimished the importance of personal responsibility and we now have generations that think it is okay to break the laws because it is their right to feel good. America needs to have personal responsibility re-established as an institution and those who fail have to pay an extreme price. It works in the free market but America has added layer upon layer of judgers to the process and it is not a free market anymore.

In a capitalist system you get what you earn, a result of personal responsibility and you get to keep what you earn not have it confiscated by a socialist government. If you do not have enough you need to earn more, take more risk, educate yourself, work more than eight hours, quit watching the clock to see if it is time to go home, etc., personal responsibility. Do you have any understanding of what it takes in terms of sacrifices to make it to being a CEO of a large corporation? Do you have any concept of what it takes for a high school graduate to start a stupid little business in his garage with only one customer and turn it into billions of dollars, not only for him but for everyone who helped him. If you are not making what you want you first need to look at yourself and be honest, have you made the efforts, have you made the right choices, have you made the sacrifice to get what you want, or do you merely believe you deserve more therefore someone should give it to you. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

back, do no longer confuse capitalism with loose business enterprise. they do no longer seem to be a similar. Capitalism and communism are 2 aspects of a similar coin. the two are actually wealthy oligarchies ruling a brilliant decrease type. the two are pushed by using zionists with capitalism (international banks & the likes of Soros) and communism (Marx, somewhat named Levy). the two way, you lose in case you're no longer between the "chosen ones".

First of all, how can compare capitalism with communism related with justice ? In communism human& democratic rights are wrtten either for figrative or none. But in capitalism these rights are kept and practicable so justice and rule of law plays a great role. In communism power of the leaders are unlimited as a result they interfer on justice for their living but in capitalism the power of the leaders are limited by a democratic constitution, the role of justice be effective with separation of power.

Communism is another word for negative capitalism.. History teaches us if we let it. The words Hostile take over means just that. Were are we when America is in the process of such a thing... I keep secrets, because I love every man and woman ever to have set foot in Life's long history. Who are we but to learn from eachother. We are but one and have to live as one, though we are all different. I'm unemployed according the state of Holland. Am I now????? To my Prime minister in exile I'm still cast away as useless object under his foot, for his hate for life is bigger. I wonder what his daughter thinks of him now..... A few months ago she lookesd up to him.... I wonder what it is like now.

no,not the same. Capitalism involves private ownership of society's wealth, land, resources, etc. with competition and profit at the heart of society. Communism involves public ownership of society's wealth, land, etc., with planning and production for societal need, not profit, at the heart of society.

Capitalism can be made more humane, by state redistribution of wealth (social security, minimum wages, etc.). The challenge for Communists is whether the wealth of society can be publically and democratically controlled, rather than just a state dominated dictatorship that we have seen in communist and socialist societies.

Communism started as an ideal way to equally distribute the wealth of the land. It was hijacked by thugs and run into the ground by greed.
Capitalism, on the other hand, is a living, evolving organism with all its faults and virtues. Its structure is calcifying though. The rich want to keep their riches and preserve their wealth. The poor dream about being rich. What are you gonna do about it?

I believe there is a difference - that we can tone down the capitalism to bring in more social justice then what we have now without giving up freedoms.
