Sometimes ya just gotta make your move. It may hurt like hell if it doesn't work out. On the other hand, you just might become the happiest girl in the world. And, BTW, you'll eventually get over the rejection (if that happens). It may not seem like it now....but you will. Trust me. I've been there and it was the advice of a friend that got me to take the chance. Besides, you can still be friends, although I wouldn't recommend it. Until you find someone else that friendship will just torment you.

A crush is one sided. If you hung out together and both understood that you were 'just friends' then he was being a gentleman to not take advantage of you. He may want you badly and feel like he blew his chances, but the worst thing that you can do is to assume what he thinks and not communicate. If you can ask him, he may tell you how he feels. He may suprise you. You will never have a good relationship with him if you can't talk together. Maybe he has issues or problems, but at least you will know.

He's afraid of falling in love with you. That probably doesn't help much, but that's probably what it is. I'm just guessing, but I might be right. If that's it, don't push him to talk to you, because that will just scare him more. Guys are kind of serious inside and maybe he feels like he isn't ready to be in love, but his feelings are strong so he can't stop himself from being in love with you if you spend time together. Give him some time and then try to just be friendly again.

Love is never one sided, maybe you came on too fast on him and scared him away. He may have wanted your love but you may have overdone yourself. Live and learn for better future.
