If a guy likes a girl, does he text message her first on his mobile?? Or is he too proud to do it first, and would wait until the girl messaged him first?? Aren't guys usually proud?? Too proud to show that his emotions have turned sentimental for a girl?? And thus, would want to seem in control of his emotions?

=you didn't say if either or you had one anothers cell phone number. If you both do than it doesn't matter who does text first nowadays. If you have not exchanged numbers than you can't unless you get her number. It is not a matter of pride here and you should not be concerned with what other guys do as far as being too sentimental and controlling emotions. I WAS once married to a man I considered emotionally constipated (my term). He still is and he is still alone. Be yourself and good things will happen.

First of all does this girl like you also? I will base my answer on yes she does; I think if you are with someone who both likes one another then you shoud never have to feel the need to be too proud to show your feelings. If that were the case "your being too proud" then you aren't being yourself so the girl likes someone else. Now if you don't have it confirmed that she likes you then maybe you'r being to proud instead of being your self is holding her back. Maybe if she knew who you really were, you wouldn't have to sit and wait to text her.....just text her and if she doen't text you back don't text anymore until she does......

Like somone isn't loosing control of your emotions. No you should never be so proud that you jeopordise your feelings. I say text her girls love it when guys take the initive it says they have confindence. We like that you come to us not the other way around. You can be proud and still like somone.

when guys are younger yeah they'll prolly start out with a text or try to wait, but I think as they get older they realize more that you get points for ballsyness.
