Hey.. Writing HTML would give you a webpage. Now you would have to publish the webpage in the internet in some domain. (E.g You upload it into your yahoo website).. Now URL would be the name of ur webpage. E.g. http://www.yahoo.com would be URL and the page displayed to you would have been created using HTML and other scripting languages.. Get it??

HTML and other languages make up a web page. A URL is the path to that page. The only thing i can think you mean hear is that you have a page but need to publish it to the web. The first thing you need to look for is web hosting. For this just put in "web hosting" in any search engine. Once you have found the hosting package that suits you that provider will give addresses passwords to ftp up your site.

Very vague question... You cannot make html into a url.... but if what u mean is "How can I make "HTML" clickable or a link then... the following line will work....

html is the code used to produce web pages. You load the code up to a web site (your ISP may provide you with free web space) and the web site that you have loaded it up to is the URL

This question is vague. If you have html that you want to make into a web page you will have to place your HTML page on a webserver.

HTML are files that u can open with Internet explorer. if u want to publish ur html file on internet. then u have to register with some web hosting company. there are many companies available who offers alot cheap offers. like £4,5 / month. just write down web hosting on google and from list select your option regarding ur requirements.
and after that u will be available on internet and let ur friends know about urs. there are also some companies who provides free web spaces. like geocities.yahoo.com.
its all depends on ur requirements what u want.
