I would wear a nice shirt. The dress I think will be a bit to much for a picture. The shirt has to be pretty, of course. I would also suggest light make-up for example light blush and light pink (possibly clear) lip gloss.

the pic is gonna only be from the waist up. Either a dress or a shirt is fine as long as you look pretty on the top half.

i think the dress is a little too much a simple shirt would be fine.

wear whatever you feel comfortable in, as long as it is nice it doesnt matter you can only see the top part.
