Gohan, after he showed Cell his true powers.
Goku was dead when Cell was killed.

Gohan blew cell away with a giant Kamehameha after everyone thought Goku got rid of Cell when Cell blew himself up on King Kai's planet because Goku teleported him there.

Before the first cell transformation it was gohan who defeated him, though in the end Goku defeated him, with vegeta's help.

After goku sacrificed himself to not let cell blow earth,he.. simply died...too.While cell regenerated himself and suddenly came back, and when he came back he killed poor trunks pissing vegeta off but that`s not all.Vegeta didn`t stand a chance against cell so there entered gohan again.Goku could communicate with gohan(he was in the other world)and gave gohan the courage to finish cell off.So,all of this talk to say that...gohan killed cell with his father`s help.

Gohan technically beat Cell. But Goku quickly teleports Cell and himself to a safe distance, like Kaiosama's Planet. He blows up and destroys King Kai's planet along with himself, Goku, King Kai, Gregory, and Bubbles.

Gohan.....i noe at the end it may seem that both goku and gohan seem to fight together....but I was told by my friend actually goku was already dead...and in order to encourage to his son to defeat his son to use his 'hidden power',(which he is has alot!).He told his son he will work together with him to defeat cell,as the result,he give gohan the the confidence to fully unlease 'hidden power'.So it was actually showing how goku manage to movitated gohan at the end.
