There is a give and take to everything. Soon they will genetically engineer themselves in a corner and tomatoes will take over the world.

Like it or not, virtually all Food is Genetically Engineered. If Two Stalks of Corn are Grown, even Organically, and One Stalk is Weak and Stunted, and the Other Stalk is Strong and Tall, which are You going to Select the Seeds from for Next Years Crop to be Planted ? That's Selective Genetic Engineering. most fruits and vegetables you eat now a days are genetically engineered or cloned if you will, and they are just fine for consumption.
