Seriously important guidelines:
1. Take a pillow under your butts during intercourse, so that the mouth of uterus may remain upwards. Don't move immediately after intercorse, relax for 5 minutes and then get up.
2. One month do intercourse a day after leaving a day inspite of everyday.
3. One month do intercourse leaving 5 days after completion of periods and do 12 days daily.
4. One month note your body temprature daily and u will find 1 or 2 degree higher on some day. that is the day when egg comes from ovary. Do intercourse that day and also next three days.
5. Otherwise get checked your husband's sperm count.
I think it will be best answer.

It is essential to see the Pathological reports of both the partners. After detecting the cause it will be easy to treat the cause or else it will be just like shooting in the dark. In many cases it is observed that the reports are normal but still they do not concieve. In such situations Ayurveda can be of use. This treatment is called "Basti" which is like enema.
By proper elimination of faecal material and flatus, physical pressure on the mesenteric blood flow is minimised. This helps to provide adequate oxygenated blood to the ovaries, which ensures timely ovulation and also physiological functioning of the fallopian tubes, uterus and other uro-genital organs. Same is the case in male partners. The reduced intestinal pressure accelerates the oxygenated blood supply to the testes, seminal vesicles, vas and other genital organs. It is observed that Basti treatment improves sperm count, motility and also overcomes the sexual weakness.

Any number of factors can be impeding your pregnancy including faulty coital planning.

for starters make sure that you are having sex around your ovulation days. Having sex before/after 24 hours of ovulation drastically reduces the chances for the egg to get fertilized. There are also quite a few other things you can do maximise your chances of pregnancy. try the following books:

If this fails, then you must see a gynae/andro to determine the issue and treat it.

Our professionals describe you as an appallingly boring fellow, unimaginative, timid, lacking in initiative, spineless, somewhat ruled, no experience of humour, tedious enterprise and irrepressibly drab and undesirable. And while in maximum professions those could be important drawbacks, in chartered accountancy they seem to be a effective boon.

How long have you been off birth control? Sometimes it takes a while. There are OTC fertility detectors.
