One or two of your valve stem seals or guides are leaking or worn out. That is why you get a cloud of oily whitish fumes when you start the engine.
This happens when the engine stops after a long run when the oil has lesser viscosity.
To check out this refill your engine with a straight grade SAE 40 or 50.
See if the problem decreases.
If the answer is yes, get a cylinder head overhaul done at once by a trustworthy service centre.
A shoddy job you just the money with a recurrence of the problem in a very short time.
