Not that easy if you not a US Citizen. If you are looking to immigrate here you will need to visit the USA Consulate and apply for an immigration visa. If you have substantial assets you will bring here or can show that you can bring a business enterprise here that will employ USA citizens then you may be able to get a visa to come. .. otherwise it is a long and drawn out process and definitely not guaranteed that you will be able to come, so don't get your hopes up..

Apply for a green card and work visa in order to be legal and get the best out of your experience here as you possiably can!
