AS U SAID HE IS A REALLY NICE GUY. HE MIGHT HAVE "JUST A SOFT CORNER" FOR U. OR HE MIGHT HAVE FELT PITTY ON U, SO HE ASKD U OUT FOR A DATE. BUT THEN HE DIDNT ACCEPT U'R PROPOSAL CLEARLY. HE HAS SURELY GIVEN A HINT,. NOW THE PROBABILITY IS THAT THE GIRL HE LIKES DOESNT GIV A F**k TO HIM, SO HE MIGHT BE LOOKING FOR A BACKUP(SINCE HE KNOWS THT HE HAS N O CHANCE WITH THE OTHER GIRL) ELSE IF THE GIRL HE LOVES REPROCIATES HIS LOVE, HE MIGHT B WANTING TO PLAY A DOUBLE GAME( 2 birds in hand dear!!)

is this other girl his steady girlfriend or are they just dating? If she is his steady girlfriend I would say tell him no thank you that you know he has a girlfriend. If they are just dating than go for it. But what you need to think about is If you had a steady boyfriend would you be upset if he was to ask another girl out on a date? Tell him that you think he's cool but that you don't mess around with someone who already has a steady girlfriend
