I am in the interenet cafe,here comes a lady,really fat laddy,she speaks so louldy with her unpleasent voice,my ears can hardly bear it,how do I do to let her voice down by not making her mad,
it really is pissing me off,listen,again she almost start to yell,
suggest me a proper way letting her stop talking..

The fact that you mentioned her weight, like it has anything at all to do with how loud she talks, leads me to believe that you possibly have some prejudice against people who are overweight to begin with. I could be wrong but her weight has no relevance to the sound of her voice so why was it even mentioned. Anyway, all you can really do is politely ask her to speak a little quieter. Be as kind, polite as possible and you will know that even if she was offended, you were respectful in your request.

is this cafe indoors?
Maybe say "Ma'am, would you mind lowering your voice a little bit, it's disturbing me?". Or ask a manager to talk to her.
Otherwise, stick some paper towel balls in your ears! Actually, balled up (clean, of course) toilet paper makes really good earplugs.

try telling her that sum one is calling her out there on the street
ready for the action
or tell the owner of that cafe to calm her or **** on him

i think even if u tell her to slow down she will not listen to u cause im sure she just don't care.so i say to move in another internet-cafe

Explain to her that you are busy and ask her to please keep her voice down. Just be polite about it.
