Yes I have! That was years ago when I smoked and was young and broke. I also would go around to all the ashtrays in the apt. to find butts that weren't smoked all the way down if I ran out of smokes. Yuk! I'm glad those days are long gone.

thats messed up...i'm pretty sure the adhesive is toxic or just not good for you (no better than nocitine and tar) but thats nasty. why didnt you just use rolling paper? or you could have smoked that part that was still on the filter and before it got to the filter, put it out, empty out the left over tobacco and put the broken piece in...or just go to the store and buy some more.
i shouldnt judge tho cause i once rolled with news paper

Nope I didn't tape it all I did was let out some of the tobacco in the upper part and stuff the bottom part in or I'd take a piece of TOP paper and wrap it together lol
