...the changes in African American images. Do you think that we're still color struck? I mean, do you think that the "light-skinned" girls and guys with the "good hair" get a lot of breaks? Does it aggravate you when biracial people are seen as an acceptable black person, while those of a darker-complexion catch a hard time (equal opportunities, employment, sterotypes, first impressions, etc.)? Nothing against the light-skinned people, just an observation...Are biracial people going to be the new face of black people at large?

I'm white and I agree with what you are saying based on the magazine ads and so forth that I see. When it comes to glamor, the African American images are too European in color and bone structure. I would prefer to see more African features and true skin tones.

That is already the case in regards to black women. TV shows have been using mixed race women for decades. I don't think that it really has any effect on the majority of the business and profesional world.

The fact of the matter is that white men, in general, find women of mixed race more attractive than women of full black decent.
