do credit cards companies call centers record ALL the phone calls they get? For how long do they store them?

I am sure they keep them quite a while. At least 5 years.

i worked for a Credit Card company in Sydney Australia none of our calls where recorded they were only listened to by supervisors for training.

I have to wonder why youre asking this..? But yes, they record and store all, I think for years.

yes and they keep them for as long as you owe them money.
