I know then is it someone who has sex with others,with permission. Is it considered adultery if it is consented sex with some1 else?

I think it should still be adultery. Just because its open and the other is okay with it shouldn't change the name. And besides I think that is just morally wrong and nasty. If you marry one, you should only have sex with one.

Adultery is betraying a commited relationship (usually marriage), yours or someone else's.
A swinger is someone who enjoys sex with many partners or multiple partners for fun. The intimacy of sex (if any) is a shallow feeling, it's not for becoming emotionally closer to the other person.
A kind of lonely existence, if you ask me. You might as well be sucking blood and sleeping in a coffin.

A swinger is a person who is inhibited sexually can have consetual sex with an individual or a group. These people can be a group or couple and sex is recreational to them. It can not be adultery because most swinger do it with their partners and all participate in the fun and games
