Itz easy...........all u need is a software which can recover the deleted files.
It works like this---
when u delete a file from the reycle bin u actully dont' delete it.....it is still there in ur comp. but in a compressed form and connot be accesed without a soft.
But these files do get deleted. When u delete another file it will replace the file which was deleted before, now only the first file getz permanantely deleted.
So if u wonna recover ur resently deleted file u should recover it before they r replaced.
*The comp. stores about 15-20 files, which r deleted and r ready to be replaced by another deleted files.

If myspace conversations you're talking about, I think all the convos are stored somewhere in their database. Easy to be brought back up. When you delete something its not actually deleted. Just think of it as being put somewhere you can't see.

in case you have already emptied the trash folder, regrettably there is not any thank you to retrieve it back... in spite of the undeniable fact that, in case you have no longer emptied it yet, before everything, flow to the trash folder. Secondly, tick those e-mails you desire to retrieve back. Thirdly, in case you're using yahoo! digital mail bills, there will be a button, which shows 'flow...'. From there, click on 'Inbox', and the chosen e-mails would be back on your inbox! good success!!

There are softwares that retrieves files deleted.
for eg. the tune up utility can undelete files you deleted.
there is also a shreder that completely deletes your files from your pc.actually there are exceptions in both cases.not 100% satsfaction guaranteed.so under normal conditions it is helpful.

everything you send through a server is stored somewhere. it's not on your local computer necessarily but, you can always remove your hard drive and cook it in the microwave for a minute. then you just need to... well, if I tell you more i will have the FBI at my doorstep.

you can do it too, when a file is deleted it is not deleted per-se, it is placed to be re-written. so if the file you want hasn't been re-written its as easy as running "easy recovery" and voila
