Lots of liquids help alot. Something hot helps like a dilator to bring up phlegm and all. Of course any liquids juices , water etc...help to thin out the secretions. Taking Tylenol helps you feel a bit better and usually bronchitis is self limiting meaning it doesn't normally require much unless you have a underlying condition it is viral and no antibiotic would really help that much on it anyway. Most studies they have done showed that if you took an antibiotic or didn't take one the bronchitis lasted about the same either way.So lots of rest, liquids, something hot and stay away from milk and milk products for now it makes your secretions thicker. Hope you feel better soon. Oh of course DO NOT SMOKE.

I once suffered from Chronic Bronchitis. I would suffer sometimes 3 to 4 times per year! Usually when there was a major change in the pressure outside (I live in the north, and the temperature spikes and dips do wonders to chronic sufferers of bronchitis!). Each time I would get horrible hacking coughs, hoarking up green phlegm..it was so frustrating!
The key to getting rid of your bronchitis is to find a way to completely eliminate the germs that are causing all the phlegm and irritation leading to your hoarking cough and heavy breathing. Keep reading to learn how to do kill these germs!!
This page it will change your life and make you feel 100% better within just 24 hours!

you want to make sure this is just a bronchitis and not pneumonia, better to spend a little to take care of your health before it progresses into something more serious. That being said there are some natural things you can do (but don't do this in lieu of a doctor!)
Astragalus tea (builds the immune system)
Goldenseal (cleans the blood taken short term)
Colloidal Silver(cleans the blood taken short term)
Garlic - fresh or in capsule form it cleans the blood and boosts immunity.
Echinacea (boosts the immune system you can often find it blended with goldenseal)
Zinc (shortens duration of many colds/flus)
Vitamin C 1,000 mg several times a day. This helps many asthma sufferers as well who tend to be chronically deficient in vitamin c. Take just abscorbic acid and take it several times throughout the day. It is extremely rare to get too much vitamin C and if you do the worst that happens is you get loose bowel movements .
The Mega Doses of C will help your body repair itself and rebuild your immune system so you can fight the infection.
If you get sick to your stomach a bit from the drainage, try chewing on a little fresh ginger root or crystalized ginger.
Also a neti pot is good for washing out the sinus cavities and many people with chronic sinus infections use them successfully.
Also acidophilus or multidophilus (replaces the good bacteria in your body that fight infections) also known as probiotics. This can help you fight infections more effectively.
Call up your local nutrition center or health food place and ask them what they have on hand.
Hope you feel better!

Colloidal Silver drops may kill a bacteria or virus which is causing your bronchitis. Yerba Santa Tea or cigarettes is a traditional native american indian cure. Some of the links below suggest ginger and tumeric. You should not give up on traditional medical practice, as there could be prescription medicine that could help you. Maybe it is time to find another doctor who can figure out what is the cause of what you have and how to treat it. Hope you get well.

Of all the herbal treatments you can find, the only one with double-blind statistical proof is an extract of black elderberry called Sambucol. Rather than buy off the web, find a supermarket with a health foods section or, of course, a health foods store itself. While it has been shown to shorten the recovery period in *viral* infections, if yours is bacterial, this won't be much help, but it is worth a try, and will do no harm (except delay you from getting antibiotics if that is what ultimately is needed). Sorry there are no clear-cut answers unless seen in person. If you do see someone, and want an alternative to the mainstream, you might want to look for an acupuncturist who practices Chinese herbology, too. The other answers look useful, too, but at least water and steam are free...as is rest!

ok - here's something to try, it may not work for you as cures don't always work for everyone...but it never hurts to try an alternative approach rather than filling your body w/chemicals.
Get some Tea Tree Oil, you can get it at a healthfood store, or if your grocery store has a health food section. GNC might carry it. Anyway....fill a big pan (preferrably metal pan cause the oil will stick to a plastic bowl and it will be a bugger to clean out)...ok so fill the pan or metal bowl with boiling water, dip a q-tip in the tea tree oil and put it in the water, cover it with a towel and let it sit till it cools down a bit (not too much, you want the steam but you don't want 3rd degree burns in your nostrals!) then put your head under the towel and breathe deep for about 3-5 minutes. Do that a few times a day and it should clear you right up.
I say use a q-tip because you don't want to put too much oil in the water - if you used more than that, it would be too strong and then you wouldn't want to breathe it in, so if you use it in a room steamer, same thing, dip a q-tip and throw it in the water resevoir (I do that for my daughter when she's congested at night). Also, take a lot of HOT showers and breathe in that steam and try to cough out the crap, but take care not to hurt yourself or crack a rib. And this is gross...but blow your nose in the shower too, after you've been in a while - it's easier on your sinuses.
the website has tons of uses for tea tree oil. Using a hot rag on your chest is effective too, just not as quick as steam.
I'll tell ya - tea tree oil is wonderful to have on hand for 1st aid for just about anything! Just take care not to use it on your cat (if you have one) as it's toxic to them.
by the way, tea tree oil is not expensive and will last a LONG time.

It's important to say that tinnitus is a symptom and not a disease. Some people will have tinnitus because their Cochlea is damaged. And in a few, it could be caused due to hearing loss. But of course, the most common cause of tinnitus is exposure to loud noises. The noise can be a sudden burst, or it could be a constant banging that hits the ear drum and travels inside.
A good guide you can read about tinnitus and some good natural remedies can be found here: http://tinnitus.toptips.org

Start drinking TONS of water all day, with a straw because you can guzzle a lot more than way without feeling full as soon. You will have to pee constantly but it will flush the illness right out of you.

Get to a doctor pronto. Yellow and green phlegm means that you have an infection in your lungs. If you let it go to long, it will turn into pnemonia and you will wind up in the hospital or even worse.
