If you are a girl...er, beg pardon, with those dimensions you've gotta be a young woman...those proportions are something the average model would die for. (Unless you are otherwise built like a beanpole and that 34 bosom is a double-D. _That_ might be embarassing.) You certainly don't need something drastic like breast reduction surgery. If it's, um, lack of firmness, the notorious Floppius Boobosus, exercise to strengthen the supporting muscles is probably what you need. I've heard that a temporary "shrinkage" can be brought about by applying an alum wash, but that's strictly for short term use -- like, you're going to a dance with a low-cut gown on -- and not a long-term solution; the alum would injure your skin if you used it too long.

Between your discomfort with this situation and your shyness about seeing a doctor, I venture a guess that you're in your early teens. If that's it, you are naturally as nervous as a kitten in a room full of rocking chairs because you just aren't used to having a grown woman's body yet. This is agonizing to go through, but you do get through it, and in a reasonable time. If you keep yourself physically fit and have a reasonably attractive face, you should know that the figure that bothers you now is really something lots of women would love to have. Lots of guys would love to have it, too, but that's a different story.

Lol I'm not sure..but.. When females use steroids their breasts get smaller right? I was on the swim team and a lot of girls use steroids and they had tiny breasts. So maybe give that a try? But if you are slightly over weight try shedding a few pounds, hard as it may be it might help. But other than that I don't think you can make them smaller without surgery. Not sure about this..but if it causes back pain, and depending on what insurance you have, they can help pay for the cost.

why do this, your figure is wonderful and will be loved by whoever you wish to share .. be proud and forget the breast reduction .. it would be more harm than good. walk proud and be happy with what you have been blessed with. my measurements are very similar and i am very happy. however if you should choose, then you will need to see a surgeon for advice but also maybe have some counselling first. whatever you choice, i hope all works out and you are happy in the future.

You have a fine figure. There is no need to reduce your bust. And the only reduction that would work would be surgery. Pills, creams, and exercise do nothing for breast size.

You don't say what cup size you are. If you are self-conscience about the size without having breast reduction, wear a sports bra or one that minimizes the appearance of what you have.

Ummm Your fine!

And shes right about the surgery... I'd definatly hold off, though.

If you continue to grow up there, then maybe see someone about it... but if I didn't know any better Id say your just fishin for compliments on here.

hi friend my advise is just increase ur waist size as that it can match ur breast as there is no product to decrease the breast size so the only alternative is to increase the waist size

There's nothing wrong with you, unless your cup size is bigger than a D. Even then, nothing to worry about.
