Only plus point with Indian team right now is "stiff competition".

Some good players would come in the World cup squad. I still rate Indian team to be below par. Australia is a strong contender.

The present Indian team is a well balanced team consisting of experienced players and young players having goog talent and potential. If all the players play to their potential, India have a chance to cause upsets and win the world cup as was done in 1983 when no one expected India to win the Cup

i do believe they can clinch it, but only if they grasp the cup with 2 hands securely, otherwise they might drop it and break it. Why would they have to clinch it in west indies? Don't drop the cup.

Indian Cricket Team, Which has full strength, Excellent batting Order, good bowling, world class spinners and Excellent Captain(who will be Captain, he was good, after that he was waste like Previously Azar, Now Ganguly next ?????.. when they are Captains that time everybody appritiated, after loosing his captancy, they won't recognise atleast as a batsman, because azar maded over 9000 runs and Ganguly maded over 10000 runs..)...
Coming up to Team, they can beat any world Team, or if total world team one side, India can beat easily, in next match they can loose with Zimbambwe Second Team also.. and Indian Team Members can come form any time , that means if any players position is weak, and if selectors wish to remove from team for next Tournment,,,, last match of Present Tournment he will play and he will come to form, so we cann't remove him from team, because he came to form...then after same Situation.

so Finally, u Cann't expect how Indian Team will Play, They can chase 500 also, they can allout 30 runs also,,, so no Opinion and expectations on Indian Team, Simply Watch ...and be Prepare for anything for loose or victory,

Sachin is only PLUS point for India yet. If Indian team want to win the world cup they have to improve their batting, bowling and fielding.

Hope they do well in Champions Trophy in their home ground.
