My estranged husband is desparetely trying to hide money before our settlement. He is claiming big loan to a foreign company. Naturally he has to provide documentayion associated with this "loan". What kind of documents will proov the existance of a loan to a foreign company?

Receipts, bank records, canceled checks. If he can't provide these, report him to the IRS and the FBI for money laundering.

It doesnt matter if he loaned the money or not . Since that money that he loaned was there while you two were married that means that you will also be intitled to the interest that he will be collecting as the loan is paid back. It doesnt matter if it is a foreign company because foreign or not a loan gets paid back. He would of been smarter to have said that he gave the money away as a donation or gift. So consider yourself lucky that he isnt to bright since now he will have to fork over your share with interest.
