This reaction is called as "Roasting" of Iron sulfide in iron making industry. you must convert FeS2 to Fe2O3, till can produce it's iron. so this is an important reaction for iron production from sulfide ores, and the balance is as:
2FeS2 + 11/2 O2----------Fe2O3 + 4SO2

You must have an even number of Fe2O3 molecules.
You must have twice as many FeS2 as Fe2O3.
You must have twice as many SO2 as FeS2
You must as many O's on the left as you have on the right.
