What is the Z score for a value of X equal to the mean?

Z = (X - μ)/σ

if X = μ, Z = 0

Going out on a limb here and going to say zero.

To calculate a z-score- You are subtracting the x value from the mean and dividing the result by the standard deviation.

=(value of x-mean)/s.d.

If x = the mean then the Z score would be zero.

It's zero. Since you have to subtract the mean from your number, if your number is equal to the mean you'll get a zero for the numerator in the z score formula.
