I'd say California...but personaly I prefer Texas or some less populated state like Wyoming or Montana

what ever you do, do not move to Hawi'i. Trust me Living here all my life you get really... no REALLY board and have nothing to do most of the time.. Cuz your living on a stupid island. If i were you I would choose New York, Florida, (if you dont mind the freaky hurricanes) or Oregon. All the places to have fun or to actuall TRAVEL
