A Horse, without much doubt, would be able to both pull much more weight and be able to carry much more weight on it's back, largely considering it's by far larger size, and it has much more stamina, so that it can out-run most predators, and travel large distances to find good grazing grounds.
However, the Tiger is not only faster, but can jumpt a good deal higher and further, bite much harder (and has longer canines) aswell as hit useing its fore-paws paws which have very sharp claws at their end (or, more importantly grab with them, and/or grapple, so that it may clime ontop of or be able to pull down a prey item/manipulate it in otherways, so that it's jaws may find it's preys throat or spine, which depends on what the Tiger is hunting; with Boars, for example, it suffocates by biting the throat, and when, on the rare occasions they do predate on Bears, usually Asiaitic Black Bears, they bite the spine, as to avoid being near the Bear's front end, for example), meaning without much of a doubt a wild Tiger could easily predate on Horses whenever given the chance (even Mountain Lions, I beleive, have on occasion been reported to do this).
I hope this helped in giving you an idea of each animal's strengths...

Horse is probably stronger, but a tiger can bring down a horse.

In the ability to carry/pull weight, I'd be prone to say a horse. Of course, there are many breeds of horse, from a large Clydesdale to a mini horse...so if I was to compare a Clydesdale to a tiger, the horse would win.

Hmmm ... hard to say. A horse can kick a tigers head in ... crushing it's skull, but, a tiger can rip a horses stomach open with one slash of it's claws. Hard to say ... but I think I'd go with the tiger.

Horse because it is built for carring things and tigers are just big but don't really do anything with there weight.
