am in mid life and attracted to this guy, same age too and always see at the supermart. eager and urge to know him but dont know how to. am "not committed to anyone" dont know about him and best to find out from him.
heard of eyes and verbal contact but how? am an open minded person and to any suggestions...desperate I think.

Just go up to him in the grocery store and say Hi, my name is so and so and that you seem to always see him there. That should break the ice. You should be able to tell from his grocerys also if he lives alone or is involved.

Make sure that you look your best when you know you're going to run into him.
Strike up a casual conversation by making a friendly comment about something in your surroundings. ( Don't appear desperate.) Chances are he'll make a comment in return. Next you'll be talking and then you can find out his status. Take it from there.

Just try to strike up a conversation with him. If you see him often, it shouldn't be hard to talk to him here and there and get to know a little about him little by little. Just make any small talk you can think of.... and see where things go from there.
Look for a wedding band... if there is none, then after knowing him a bit you could invite him to coffee to chat or something.

I got an idea... Go say Hello next time you see him. Just hello -- Then when you see him again say hello again and let him know in a womens way that your interested. You will know what to do at the moment, thats what makes it true. There is no plan of attact here. Just go say hello.
