Sure, download GIMP at http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html - GIMP is similar to photoshop but is free. It can open .PSD files.

On that site, you will need to install the GTK runtime environment before you install GIMP. You can also install the help manuals and the animation package if you wish.

One word of warning. If you need to make changes to a text layer of a multi-layered image, you are not able to. GIMP will interpret the text as just a picture, so you will have to just retype the text with a GIMP text layer. If you do not need to edit text, you should not have any problems.

GIMP is a free software you can use for loads of tasks (photo-retouching, image authoring, image compositioning, photo editing.). It's the best free photo editing tool available for free. It's not as powerful as photoshop but can be easily augmented with expensions and plugins if you need professional and advanced features. You can use GIMP as a simple paint program or a complex image manipulation software (thanks to an advanced scripting interface). Don't use torrents/downloads from other sites, they might be backdoored.

you can open it to preview it with acdsee but not editing if u need to edit it u must have photoshop
