Damn.......a lot of answers to this question. Go to your local drugstore and ask for this porduct called ON-THE-SPOT. Apply it at night and in the morning, wash it off and BAM! Your pimple will be gone. It will work overnight. TRUST me...it will take all your pimples away overnight.

Unfortunately, in the short term you can either slightly diminish it's size and/or color, and then cover it with a concealer. The most important thing to remember is that you SHOULD NEVER pop your pimple! This can leave a very bad scar, and sometimes make the pimple worse.

For treatments in the short term you can try the following products: Bliss See Spots Run, or Bliss Overnight Acne Treatment Gel. If you are a fan of Clearasil, then Clearasil Maximum Strength Acne Treatment Cream, Vanishing is a good one. Ice will reduce the size if you are going out, and Visine will reduce the redness.

Overnight, believe it or not, Milk of Magnesia will help to dry the pimple up. Just dab a small amount on the pimple with a Q-tip. Some people also use a little toothpaste overnight, but make sure you test this to make sure it will not irritate your skin further.

Some good concealers to try are from L'Oreal, Bobbi Brown, Three Custom Color Specialists and Amazing Cosmetics.

I am not trying to sound like a cheesy advertisement, but I totally recommend ProActiv Solution. I started to break out when I was 18 years old and I tried everything. Finally after seeing the infomercials for ProActiv, I finally ordered it. I swear this stuff worked almost immediately. I have been using it for 9 years. I love the repairing lotion the best. If I even get one sign of a pimple, all I have to do is put some over the area and the next morning it is gone. I do get lil pimples here and there, but not huge Rudolph pimples like I used too. The only problem with ProActiv is that if I run out and don't use it for awhile, I get some pimples. It appears that my face is too used to having it. It can get expensive, but you can tell them how often you want it shipped because they will send you a new package every 60 days and charge you. I go online to have them ship me a new one every 4 months.

Hi, I am a dermatologist by profession and according to me acne is normal for teens as they go through various hormonal changes in their bodies. If we keep on trying to heal pimples before they come then in 90% of the cases they won't come out but in 10% of the cases they will reside inside the skin and harm the skin by massive redness, itching and sometimes rashes.

I do recommend http://remove-acne-fast.com/ to all the teenagers who come to me for treating their acne. As this is a guide to get rid of pimples and the best part is all are healthy and tricks that actually works. I tried some listed techniques with my patients and the results were fast and impressive as compared to pills and surgeries.

First, try clean and clear brand or Neutrogena. Buy a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Clean, tone, moisturize, morning and night. Get benzoyl cream such as Neutrogenas 'On-the-spot' acne treatment, for when pimples pop up. If this doesn't work, go to a dermatologist. You may have some serious acne.

well first of all use a pimple cleanser. i reccomend clearasil or clean and clear because they really work without being too expensive. then use an exfoliant, and thats also from clean and clear. then use a oil free mosturiser, also from clean and clear. or any other brand you may find. and to finish it off smear a thick layer of toothpaste on the pimple head, {only normal paste, not gel, not whitening }, because by doing that you will get the result that the pimple will shrink over night and in the morning it will only be a dark small dot.

well there are alot of ways to get rid of a pimple but sometimes u just gotta be patient!...depending on the size it might take 3 or 4 days if its small maybe one day to go away just use any face wash u prefer to use! i use nuetragena it works out wonderful for me! oh and i agree put on some toothpaste it helps dry it out! just dont pop it unless theres something there to pop and remember never use ur fingers to pop your pimple use 2 q tips and squeeze it so it can pop using your fingers can spread bacteria on your face and can cause another pimple to pop up and i know u wouldnt like that at all!

Pimples is a sign that you are feeling stressed. It may also be due to your hormones: you are growing right? you have to keep your skin dry (always), don't leave on your sweat on your face. Try to get more rest and have enough sleep suitable for your age.
You may try one of the following homemade pimple treatments.

1) Application of fresh mint juice over face every night cures pimples and prevents dryness of the skin.
2) Mix equal amounts of lemon juice and rose water. Apply on face and keep for 1/2 hour. 3 to 4 weeks of this application helps cure pimples and also removes blemishes and scars
3) Use 2-3 tsp. dried basil leaves to 1 cup boiling water. Steep 10-20 minutes. Cool, and apply with cotton ball.

It depends on how much time and cash you have. If you have a day maybe two I'd go to a spa and have a cleansing facial and extractions. That should help clear it right up. To go the extra mile have a chemical peel to keep skin looking great for the next few weeks to a month. If this is somethiing you can't wait to fix I would put on some clean and clear concealer. You can't make it go away over night without a profesional treatment.

Clearasil ultra has a gel topical acne solution that you can buy for about 7 bucks at walmart. It works very well, you just put it right on the zit and it goes away. If this is or becomes a persistent problem, you can get an acne cream from your doctor or dermatologist called 'differin'. It's a perscription gel acne medication that works even better than over-the-counter stuff. That's what I use at night, and they're almost gone in the morning. good luck!
