Depends on what kind of MMS you want. ;-)
If your phone is capable of connecting to the PC via IR/BlueTooth/USB, then you can pretty much convert any video clips into the 3GP format and upload it to the phone. 3GP is a common video format supported on all MMS phones.
There are plenty of sites for downloading MMS clips, you can find them using google. For the naughty clips you can try http://www.debonairblog.com/
