Yes, I do believe physical appearance is very important in life in all aspect of life. Example if your working at an office job i am sure that if you wore jeans and sweatshirts that they will find that offensive epically customers I know i would. I also think that people expect to find you in decent clothes and of course clean not only your clothes but your other appearance such as your hair, teeth etc...It all means over all if you don't take care of yourself how is other people going to perceive you? I don't believe you have to buy expensive clothes but just have them decent and fitting and to fit the occasion no matter if it is work or just a walk in the park.

How you dress shows people how you see yourself, what you identify with or aspire to become. Based on how people perceive that, the world forms its reaction to you. Fashion plays a huge role.
