No. People's behavior has more to do with nurture versus nature. If A person is raised to behave a certain way, that is the way they will act, regardless of their color, or the way other people the same color as them act.

It must why else would blacks ostrcisize other blacks for "acting white". The logic behind that baffles me, all it says is that skin color does dictate action but the person "acting white" has obviously not allowed it to affect them. Then again how would your question account for wiggers, now those kids make no sense to me.

I assume you mean more than that. Well, skin color affects how a person is treated by others, so in turn that person acts according to how they are treated. So yes in a way it does. Skin color is a obvious difference in people that allows for outright discrimation and rasism.

Yes, the lighter you are...the more doors that will be opened for you in life. In Black culture, some people are told early (especially females) that light skin color is superior.

genetically no, but socially yes. Race is but an illusion, entirely socially constructed, based on the amount of melatonin people have in their skin.
