I really need help with this letter...I did not exactly understand this question, please help me with this letter, if possible please give me some ideas ...thanks

"You have been asked by a customer for some literature. Using proper business letter format, prepare a letter to be sent along with the literature."

I know how to write letter format, but I need to know how I can start this letter, and what you meant by literature that been asked by the customer.

**Literature= a request for printed materials (brochue=res, catalogues) relevant to the business.

WoW!! What a letter! We donot understand Why you think of W is a depraved one., sure it is your Will and choose to precise your opinion , while, so a ways as we are in contact W is a large letter ,as that's linked with a competent Wishfuls like workers, Wages, Wealth, Water, Win etc etc and above those kinds of ofcourse is "spouse'

It seems like a hypthetical question in which a customer is requesting literature, I would start with " Dear sir: In responce to your request for said literature. We---------you can take it from there

I would use either, Dear ______, or Greetings_______
Enclosed you will find the literature that you requested on the services/products that we offer. We hope that this will answer any questions or concerns that you may have, but if it does not, please do not hesitate to call us for prompt, personal service.

Literature means all the details regarding ur business. Like products information, Quality mantenance, Awards u achieve, u r Market value...etc. I hope it works.
