there is a big difference in being born into a monarchy and having the geography that allows you to pipe in the money. bill gates dropped out of an ivy league college to build the largest public company in history. when the oil drys up bill gates will be way past what ever money the king of Saudi has. bill gates has my vote as the richest human on earth for the next 40 years.
