what's the difference between teen porn and child porn? is there a seperation or is it just lumped together under child porn? and if teen and child porn is "easy" to access than why aren't more people getting arrested?

Nothing in the eyes of the law, under 18 is child porn. As for why more people don't get arrested, takes a lot of resources to hunt people down, so they mostly go after the big time users and the people who make it.

Child porn is any sexually explicit material featuring peopel under 18. However, at ages 18 & 19, people are perfectly eligible to appear in porn & are still considered teens. So usually teen porn refers 18- & 19-year-olds. There seems to be a very large market for women who are and look as young as possible, which makes legal teen porn still creepy.

But with online porn's flexible standards, "teen" can refer to anyone between 18 & 40, and mature (read: old) can refer to anyone from 30 & up.

"Teen" porn is a popularized phrase for people in search for younger looking models. Some models look younger than 18, and pretty much it's the same as child porn, but they are 18. Child porn is when they are under 18.

Age is the factor. It may be easy to access but it's not always easy to track down the people that are accessing it as they steal internet signals.
