i'm sure it's possible, but not likely. wait until your 20th week. that will be most accurate. i know you must be anxious, but just be patient, because your pregnany is going to come and go faster than you realize. there's no rush. enjoy.

Unusual by ultra sound. If an amniocentesis is done to check for Down's syndrome or other diseases, it may be possible. The embryo is very poorly formed at 13 weeks, 16 is better. For an absolute, wait until 6 months. Sometimes when you do one so early, the umbilical cord hangs down, appearing to be a boy, and it is a girl. Or they are so tiny that the legs stay together and nothing shows at all, one way or the other. Good luck! PS You DO know that folks who had children before ultra sounds just had the baby.... they just dealt with it without the advantage of science, and we came out all right for quite a few centuries.

The genitalia of a youngster would not even sort until eventually around week 12. So at 13 weeks boys and girls will nonetheless seem exceptionally lots an identical. maximum docs do not do the "gender ultrasound" until eventually around 18-20 weeks besides, because of the fact doing one formerly than that would bring about a flawed gender.

Usually 16 weeks is the earliest you can tell the sex of a baby in utero. However, the sex can only be determined if the baby is in the right position.

You will know the sex at around 20-24weeks. But how fast is the heart rate? They say that if it is above 140 then it is a girl, but if it is 140 and below it will be a boy. The doctors will say that the method isnt proven, but everyone I know says it was right. Hope I helped you out.
