A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

I was in a ESL class when I was younger. I was bad at English, but got better with practice and being around people who spoke English. Also, I watched little kiddie shows to help me improve in English. Now, I'm in all honors classes and I'm doing well. I guess practicing in an environment full of people who speak English really helps since you actually hear the language in action.

Absolutely! We are the arena's moment greatest English speakme nation, (after India if you'll be able to think it!) It is the worldwide language of commercial and enterprise. I don't care in the slightest degree if immigrants opt for to talk their local tongue at house or in public, however they want elementary (if no longer accented) English comprehension to perform their public and paintings lifestyles. Keep your tradition and your local tongue, (might be you'll be able to even train it to me), however use English in your banking, treatment, courtroom court cases, and so on. I have traveled to 3 non English speakme international locations, simplest as a guest, and I labored as rough as I might to be well mannered and decide upon up the language as rapid as feasible.

I really struggled with not being able to say things the way I wanted. I could express everything fine in my native language in my head but I sounded like a baby when I spoke! I started to learn my new language so much faster when I only hung around people who spoke that language. You have to force yourself to learn your new language even when you feel like you want to give up. You can do it!
