Hi, I live in Cozumel, and Cancun is very close.
The best Spring break vacations is there. In México you can find a lot of offers. There are hotel All Inclusive so you not going to be worry about nothing more.
And it's beautiful. And you can go to Playa del Carmen, between Playa and Cancún there are 40 minutes.
Come to Mexico !

This depends on your definition of "cheap" in order to know what to recommend. Because over all spring break isn't an inexpensive time to travel.

That really depends on what a travel agency is offering. It can vary from one to another at different prices. But in April, I went to Barbados for about a week for my birthday, which the airfare only cost me $610.00 Canadian round trip, and it was a good deal -- that was one, another was charging more. Then a different one had a different prices. I always compare, and go for the cheapest.

The site below is pretty good. Having options that include all meals. With you book with them you get a braclet saying that you booked through them. Some clubs and bars in Cancun well give you a discount or even all you can drink for one flat price. Check it out.
