I was wondering what was your wedding like and howdid you plan it? I know I will marry another femme, but have never witnessed a wedding with 2 femmes. Weddings I have witnessed between fems and butches are no different than straight weddings.

To AusSurf, that is a lot like I imagine my wedding, beautiful with both of us in pretty dresses confessing our love in front of friends and family.

I am not married but i plan to have a commitment ceremony once i find my girl... but i am a feminine who also is only attracted to feminines so i picture our commitment ceremony to be very elegant, very personal, and very beautiful. i would give/get whatever my partner wants for it. But i would want us both to be in dresses no shoes on the beach with Frangipanis and Lillis covering everything, where we will give our own vowels, with my close Friends and accepting family there. Then we would have an awesome party for everyone to let lose... Hopefully one day : ) Jayelle's ceremony sounded beautiful i went and had a look at the diary entry very nice and cute congrats...

My wife is very ki-ki, but sometimes goes the feminine route. She decided she had to for our wedding. Me, I'm always femme.

We both wore dresses that she sewed and designed. Mine was lavender and sort of Edwardian-looking, meant to show off my chest and politely gloss over my belly. She wore a backless grey Greek-goddess looking dress. She normally shaves her head and has since high school, but she spent a year letting her hair grow for our wedding, and then got extensions so she could put it up with roses. (People still talk about it!) My hair's always long, so I wore it up with lavender crystal beads strung through it.

Oh, and we both wear engagement and wedding bands.

I wrote up our wedding for all my online friends; I'm linking to that entry in case you want to see more.

I knew a couple who got married and they both where in dresses very beutifull. It all depends on what you both want . It's your day it should be done the way you's want it not every one alse. Take your time and make it memerable.
