I recently got rid of a computer virus and now the color schemes are messed up and even though I've checked my settings many many times... it seems to be stuck on color I did not choose and is all grainy and very hard to see/read. I've tried resetting it many many times......Ideas?

I am using windows 98. I also cannot download pdf files from the internet due to it looking like jibberish. I've tried fixing the encoding system to no avail.

Re-install your display driver again and then checkout your display setting.

Well it would help to know what windows your running first,also is anything else wrong with the pc since the virus?
