Honestly the mother doesnt have to let him see the child because he is biologically his. If he wants right to this child maybe he should go talk to an attorney and see what he can do. He might not be able to do anything but it is worth a try. It is ashame that there are mothers in this world like that. She is only hurting the child in being so stupid.

Find a good family attorney.

In some states, visitation and child support are not connected. A man can see his child even if he isn't paying support, and the mother cannot go against court-ordered visitation just to get more money or to get him to pay back support.

If you go to google and type "Child Support Calculator Tennessee," it will take you to a site that will give you an estimate of what child support *might* be.

Again, please get a good family lawyer, and soon. You can bet the manipulative ***** will have one!

the courts determine child support and visitation schedules. in wisconsin, he would likely not pay any support but may be elligible for visits because the child knows him as dad. by the way, child support in wisconsin is 17% of gross income for 1 child. get in touch with a lawyer.

the court does.they take both parents incomes and come up with a percentage for the noncustodial parent, but if hes not the bio father, noone can make him pay child support, basically{which I disagree with} if hes not the bio parent,he doesnt have any rights to the child.Although I think this is sad,its the law,no matter how stupid the law can be sometimes.

if the child is not his than he does not have to pay child support, the b**ch should find the real dad (if she knows who he is) and get it from him -- he has no obligation to her whatsoever.
