He will probably get an erection "from hell". The erection will be a little stiffer but more long lasting than normal. He will propably maintain an erection even after he ejaculates. If he is healthy it will wear off after a while.
But if the erection last for 4 hours go to an emergency room and get treatment for priapism.....It will do serious damage to your penis if not treated.
Please do not take it unless told to do so by a doctor.

The question is WHY would a guy in his late teen or early 20's NEED to take Viagra?

He'd get a bad case of tendonitis in his wrist!
All joking aside, probably nothing would happen (a guy that age has no problem getting an erection, so the medicine will do little for him).
However, they might be a little more prone to get a "priapism" which is a painful erection that won't go away (and needs to be treated immediately to prevent damage to the penis).
Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend it.

most end up in the emergency room with a prolonged erection ( which is quite embarrasing on the guy). Viagra is actually a vasodilator like Nitroglycerin and it dilates the vessels allowing blood to flow better and more freely.....not a drug to mess with.
