I am the same 27 months
I get hungry and I eat something any thing
I frequent acid reflex or heart burn ... as they
call it.
I never had that problem before.
What helps me is drinking lots a water and eat
in small portions. because the food pushes up your
stomach and causes you stomach has no room
and lying down at night pillows as if you had your
recliner coach all the way back when sleeping
To prevent getting fat eat soups .
from your original weight before getting pregnant
you gain 2 pounds per week.
don't forget to take your prenatal
Don't worry I'm sure the extra pounds would be worth it.
if you did
stay active especially with your child you sure to lose pounds that way.

Sweetie you have to eat. I never had strange cravings. I had cravings for foods with a lot of flavor. Mainly Mexican food. You don't have to eat unhealthy. There is a difference in pregnant and fat. When I found out I was having twins everyone insisted I would gain a ton. Well, I gained 62 pounds and a lot of people have since told me they gained at least that with one. Anyway, I lost the first 52 pounds in the first 14 days after they were born. No lie. I was retaining water so bad when I was pregnant that I could have floated home from work everyday. Then it took just a few more weeks to lose the rest. Believe me I became OBSESSED with my weight when I was pregnant. To the point of literally stepping on the scales 10-15 times a day. But by the time I went back to work when my boys were 7 weeks old, I was wearing all of my regular clothes and a bunch of new ones in my prebaby size. Now the pounds are long gone.

LoL nothing hunny! I was the same way. I was always hungry. I would out eat my husband at every meal by far! I only gained 40 pounds during my pregnancy and I lost 25 of the lbs in the first couple days!! Eat so your baby gets his or her nurishment and so that you are healthy too. You have all the time in the world to lose those extra baby pounds. I would suggest to eat healthy snacks like fruits and veggies, not junk ! Good Luck and Congrats on the baby!!! :)

most importantly don't make yourself unhappy now by not eating - or eating too much! your happiness is the most important thing at the moment.
cause much more than food/vitamins/nutrition - baby gets your hormones and experiences all the moods you are in.

assuming you used to eat normal quantities of food before - you should do exactly that now, too.
you don't need to eat 'for two' (your baby's the size of a hamster - and how much food do they need...).
eat normally, and add maybe a treat (like one or two additional snacks), cause that's much easier to drop afterwards, rather than just eating anything and non-stop. try to stick to something like a timetable, that's a very useful habit once the little one is there, too.
generally i think it's more craving, than hunger. just like you'll feel that you have to go to the toiled every five minutes - when in fact you know, you don't.
but anyway, if you breast-feed, you'll most likely lose most of your weight quite fast later on.
good luck & enjoy!

Don't be silly eat! I'm not saying eat a 10 course meal then an hour later eat a 7 course meal but, if you hungry eat. If you feel that you've eaten a lot go for a 20 min walk!

Of course you're hungry all the time. You're growing an entire human being PLUS keeping your own body functioning. For heaven's sake, eat, or your baby is likely to suffer.

Don't be scared to get fat. Getting rid of baby fat is no different than any other fat. Exercise. Use more calories than you eat. Period.

When you have a strong craving for something that is not healthy for you, like chocolate, burgers, etc, just treat yourself to a little bit and then eat fruit or veggies to fill yourself up. Eat more fiber, as this will help you feel full longer, and it also helps with constipation. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

The fear of "getting fat" while your pregnant is very real honey, I know exactly how you feel, but you can talk to your baby doctor about eating healthy and exercising so that you and the baby both stay healthy. After you have the baby there are plenty of excercises you can do to lose that extra baby fat, so don't worry about it too much.

There particularly is a topic which you will get during pregnancy that makes you crave somewhat strange stuff it is undesirable for you like cleansing soap, airborne dirt and mud, etc. you may desire to communicate on your OB approximately it. I seem to rember interpreting it has some thing to do with a mineral or diet deficiency. in case you desire some thing textured like that try licking powdered sugar its gotta be bettter than infant powder.
