does anyone know where to get a free copy of the book or movie?

The Library. Of course, you have to return it.

You could probably find the book for real cheap at a used book store.

I doubt you will find it for free unless you want to check it out at the library you could buy it used at a yard sale or thrift / used book store those book prices usually run anywhere from 25 c to $5.00
